Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our advertising agency. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients to drive revenue growth for the agency. You will play a key role in developing and executing our business development strategy, building strong relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to meet our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the agency’s client base
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the agency’s goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to establish trust and credibility
  • Conduct research to understand potential clients’ needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the agency’s marketing and creative teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth



  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not necessarily required. We value initiative and creativity above all else and will consider candidates with a variety of educational backgrounds and work experiences.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and acquiring new clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
